Privacy
The protection of your personal data is very important to us. Therefore, your data will not be passed on to third parties (exceptions: legal and marketing purposes). The duration of data storage depends on the need to understand the cancellation process in detail for support and follow-up, if necessary. You can always delete your data from our system by contacting: privacy@greenonline.nl . The e-mail address you provide will be used to send an order confirmation and the newsletter.
Security
If you use our cancellation service, you want to play it safe. We can never guarantee 100% security, but we do everything we can to make our platform as secure as possible. We host our platform via Amazon Cloud Services (AWS), which, with their expertise and certifications, including ISO 27001, ISO 27017 (Cloud Security) and ISO 27018 (Cloud Privacy), ensures that they can guarantee security. The data and applications are hosted in data centers within the European Union and stored encrypted (AES-256). The data is only accessible to authorized employees. Our application is only accessible via encrypted HTTPS connections through the managed firewall of the network in which the application runs.
